The Portsmouth Public Library will hold a Silent Auction on December 1st from 10:00a – 8:00p and December 2nd from 10:00a – 4:00p in the Meeting Room at 1220 Gallia Street, Portsmouth, OH. Items included in auction: Shelving Tables Light Fixtures Desks Chairs and more Bids must be placed in person. Winning bidders will be notified Friday, December 2nd after 4:00p. Summary The Adult Services Coordinator, under the direction of the Deputy Director, is responsible for providing collaborative guidance system-wide. The Portsmouth Public Library System is delighted to announce that our Board of Trustees has approved a new policy — no more daily overdue fines!  FINE-FREE FAQS What does it mean to be “fine-free”?
