2020 Toy Drive

It’s TOY DRIVE TIME at the Portsmouth Public Library! This year we are offering a contact-less curbside pickup service at our Portsmouth Library location. Just give us a call at 740-354-5304 from the parking lot and someone will be right out to get our donated toys. 🙂 Toys can be for a girl or boy 5-16 years old. All toys will be donated to Operation Grace, an award-winning program that will be giving the toys to children in Scioto County that have been directly impacted by the opioid epidemic.
