Teen Snowman Starry Night Painting

Teens are invited to the Wheelersburg Library to paint a Snowman Starry Night Painting using acrylic paint. The painting will be of a happy snowman standing amongst a snowy forest while an array of beautiful lights travel through the starry night sky overhead.
